A great place to learn to ski or have fun in the snow. Buffalo is a low cost
family style mountain. It's easy to reach and has great facilities to keep all the family happy. Allow 40 mins (by car) to reach the Cresta valley area from Porepunkah. |

The highest ski area in Victoria and is a mecca for all serious skiers and
boarders. It has a range of lift tickets available to suit all pockets. Even if you don't want to ski there is plenty to see and do.... Use the FREE village bus to explore the resort. Allow just over 1 hour to reach the village from Porepunkah. |

| Famous for its European style, Falls Creek is the choice of many intermediate downhill and cross country skiers. Located on the high plains it offers many options for the winter visitor. A helicopter link between "Falls" and Mt Hotham operates weather permitting. Allow 1.5 hours for the trip from Porepunkah to "Falls". | |||||||||||||||
